Full Year 2021 Portfolio Review

What a year 2021 it’s been! I collected $8,471 in dividends, raised my PADI to more than $10,000 and received options premium of over $50,000. The average dividend increase for the holdings in my portfolio was a very respectful 8.2% – more than the currently exploding inflation. This is what the Dividend Growth Journey is all about. Dividend Portfolio Update January 2020

January is in the books and what a month it’s been. As explained in my previous month update I took the decision to basically liquidate my account with my previous broker and re-start with a new brokerage firm. The big sell off took place in december and my PADI went down to only $173 at closing 2019.
January was therefore quite the opposite. With my funds now available I have started to rebuild my portfolio. I deployed $70,910 in the stock market. One of the mayor changes is concentrating this portfolio on US stocks with the possibilities to write options.

Dividend Portfolio Update December 2019

We completed 2019 with full steam and some significant changes. I had been investigating to switch my portfolio over to another broker. The main reason is that with my current broker I cannot buy or sell options on american stocks. Since I move more and more to US stocks this has become a limitation which I believe limits my overall return.
